Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping is free on US orders. Most orders arrive in approximately 7–15 business days after processing, but timing varies by product, supplier, destination and carrier.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when tracking becomes available. It can take a short time for a carrier's first scan to appear.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different partners. They can arrive in separate packages and on different days, with separate tracking numbers.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We will try to help, but an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

Contact us through the contact page with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos when an item arrives damaged. We will review the shipment and explain the available next step.

Returns

Please contact us before sending any item back. The correct return instructions can depend on the product and fulfillment partner. Do not return an item to the sender shown on the parcel unless PETBASKET confirms that address in writing.
