We currently focus on delivery to addresses in the United States.

Most orders arrive in approximately 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates can vary by product, destination, carrier and supplier. Tracking is sent when it becomes available.

Can products arrive separately?

Yes. Products may be fulfilled by different partners, so one order can arrive in more than one package and on different days.

How do I track an order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a supplier or carrier has begun processing the order.

How do returns work?
